This notice explains what CXO Systems, LLC ("CXO Ads", "we") collects through this website, our screens and our portal, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Inquiry form: your name, business name, email, mobile number, city and ZIP, and anything you tell us about your business or venue. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a quote or a proposal.
• Text messages: we text you only if you ask us to (for example by ticking the text-message box on the form or texting our number), and every message tells you how to stop.
• QR code scans: when someone scans a QR code on our screens, we count the scan and send them on to the advertiser's page. We record the time, the kind of device and a rough location from the network (city), but no name, no cookies and no IP address.
• Website analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count visits without tracking you across sites.
• Portal accounts: for businesses that use our portal, the details needed to run their account, including sign-in records.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information. We don't collect health information: our screens in clinics show advertising, not patient data.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run CXO Ads (for example email, text messaging, hosting and payments), under agreements that protect it, or when the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
