Set up your screen

Your TV arrives from the retailer and the ad player comes from us. You need your Wi-Fi password and the activation code we emailed you.

1. Plug it in. Plug the ad player's power adapter into an outlet near the TV.
2. Connect it to the TV. Use the HDMI cable in the box: one end into the ad player, the other into an HDMI port on the TV (HDMI 1 if you can).
3. Turn it on. Turn on the TV and choose that HDMI input. After about a minute the TV shows a setup screen.

Then connect it to your Wi-Fi

1. Scan the QR code on the TV with your phone. It joins the screen's setup network (CXO-Setup-…).
2. A setup page opens. If it doesn't, go to 10.42.0.1 in your phone's browser.
3. Choose your Wi-Fi, type its password and enter your activation code. The screen starts playing within a few minutes.

Using a network cable instead of Wi-Fi? Plug it into the ad player before step 3; the setup page then asks only for the code.

Tip: turn on your TV's HDMI-CEC setting (called Anynet+ on Samsung, SimpLink on LG, Bravia Sync on Sony) so the screen can switch itself on and off with your opening hours.
