Text messages from CXO Ads

CXO Ads (CXO Systems, LLC) sends text messages only to people who ask for them: sign-in codes, account and service alerts, and replies about an inquiry. We send no marketing texts on this number. These are the four ways someone agrees, with the exact wording they see or hear.

1. Our inquiry forms

On cxoad.com/contact and cxoad.com/sample, which you reach from our website menu or by scanning the QR code on one of our screens, the form has a mobile phone field and a separate checkbox. The box starts unticked, and you can send the form without ticking it. This is how it looks:

2. Signing in to your CXO Ads account

Advertisers, venue hosts and their staff can sign in or create an account at app.cxoad.com with a mobile number. Under every field where a mobile number can be entered, the page shows:

3. On a phone call with us

If you ask us on a call to text you a link, our assistant reads your number back, asks whether it is a mobile, and says:

"By saying yes, you agree to receive one text message from CXO Ads with this link. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We will not share your mobile number for marketing."

Only after you say yes do we send one text:

4. Texting us first

Our text number, (972) 737-7942, is listed on our contact page. If you text it, you get one reply:
